Apparatuur profiel:

1. geschikt voor verschillende PE-blikken, aluminiumlegeringsblikken, papieren blikken en andere verschillende ronde specificaties, evenals speciale aangepaste vormflessen, voor de productie van automatische kwantitatieve vulling van Chinese geneesmiddelen met een goede circulatie.

2. De apparatuur is hoog geautomatiseerd, de hele lijn is verbonden en voldoet aan de vereisten van de GMP-norm. De flessen worden geplaatst door de operator op de flessenverwerkingsmachine, de machine verwerkt de flessen automatisch, het materiaal wordt automatisch opgeheven, gewogen, in de fles gebracht, de flessen worden geplaatst, de deksel, het etiketteren, de productiedatum wordt gedrukt en een reeks andere productieleidingen worden geautomatiseerd, zonder de betrokkenheid van de mens. Afhankelijk van de behoeften van de onderneming kan ook worden ondersteund gewicht selectie weegschaal, drogemiddel automatische verpakking, fles lichaam verwijdering apparaat, handmatige bediening werkruimte, spraymachine, zachte kap automatische afdichting, afgewerkte product verzameling werktafel en andere ondersteunende apparatuur, om verder te verbeteren om te voldoen aan de productiebehoeften.

Apparatuurproces:

De kunstmatige lege fles in de draaibank fles mechanische fles, kunstmatige giet het materiaal om te verpakken in de z-type lift van de beveiligingsbak, de lift het materiaal opheffen naar meerdere hoofden combinatie gewicht, de transportband eerst de lege fles naar het locatiepunt positioneren wachten, meerdere hoofden vullen in de fles, na het invullen, vervoeren naar de fles lichaam stof verwijdering apparaat voor reiniging, vervolgens vervoeren naar de automatische drukmachine voor het afdichten, na het uitgaan van de automatische drukken van het zachte plastic deksel, vervoeren naar de etikettermachine op het label, uiteindelijk kunstmatige verpakking.

According to the requirements of enterprise, we also provide assistant devices such as weight scale, automatic desiccant dropping, dust removal device, manually working area for operation, inkjet printer, automatic sealing for soft cover and stage for finished production collecting, which further improves and meets production needs.

Equipment process：

Manually put the empty bottles on the swivel plate to handle the bottle and pour the packed material into the Z elevator hopper. The elevator lifts the material and conveys it to combination weigher. the empty bottles will be conveyed to locating point by conveyor belt and waits. the combination weighers finish filling then the filled bottles are conveyed to the dust removal device for cleaning. after cleaning, they are conveyed to automatic capping machine to seal, automatic pressing plastic cap labeling, and manually pack it
